Prices and Quantity Limits:

ShipMyPad.com reserves the right to accept or decline your order at any time during the transaction. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we maintain the right to refuse or cancel orders listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card ahs already been charged for a purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately refund. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Insurance:

You may request to declare your merchandise at either wholesale value, full value or gift value.

Declared values are your insurance value for your package meaning: should your package be lost or damaged in transit, you may only issue a claim with the shipping company for the declared value of the package. This is the amount that will be refunded. You fully agree to these terms once you have chose your declared value/insurance option. No exceptions.

Cancellations:

Due to the fact that ShipMyPad.com is not a physical store and that we are providing a service, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order once your order has been placed and we have charged your credit card. There is a 20% cancellation / restocking fee for most items plus any shipping fees plus a non refundable 150 QR service fee.

Unforeseeable circumstances:

ShipMyPad.com is not responsible or liable, nor shall be deemed in default of the Terms and Conditions, for any delay or failure in performance or non-performance of any aspect of this agreement resulting directly or indirectly from any accidents, fires, electrical failures, equipment failures, shipping delays from either online retailers, international couriers, or others, acts of God, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of ShipMyPad.com
